The project architects are BKSK which has a designed a large portfolio of highly-desirable luxury condos with a high velocity of sales. The construction manager is Hudson Meridian, which recently completed the Park Pierhouse Condominium and Hotel in Brooklyn for Toll Brothers and has built many luxury projects throughout New York City. Consulting and marketing services have been provided by Donna Olshan and Olshan Realty Inc. Olshan is the founder of the Olshan Luxury Report, considered an industry standard in residential data, real estate reporting and trends. Louis Katsos, an industry leader, is the owners rep overseeing the entire project.
